In our sessions, I blend evidence-based tools with a holistic, person-centered approach — with a strong foundation in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy). We’ll work together to explore what’s weighing you down, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that feels more aligned, more possible, and more yours.
